Robbie S. Liles - Founder & Owner - Robbie was born and raised in NC and has been a Licensed Building Contractor in NC for over 30 years. He was taught the value of hard work at a very young age while working in Johnston County tobacco fields through many summers in his childhood. Robbie attributes his work ethic to his father, Johnny, who taught him to always do what you say and do it with pride. Throughout his career, Robbie has built marine construction, custom homes ranging from 500K - 2.5+M , helped develop subdivisions and managed numerous commercial projects. Blueprint Construction, LLC also has a Play-N-Shade division which constructs large scale playgrounds & shade structures for towns, cities, school systems & some churches. Robbie is a proud Dad of 3 amazing children, Parker, Hannah & Avery. Parker currently works with his Dad and is poised to become President of Blueprint Construction, LLC in the future, while his girl's are charting different career paths, with one aiming to achieve her Dr of Veterinary Medicine Degree while the other pursues her passion in the world of business & entrepreneurship. Robbie also enjoys other endeavors outside of the construction industry which include being a member of a Search & Rescue Team in Garner, NC as well as a member of a billfish tournament team out of Morehead City, NC.
Parker J. Liles-VP of Operations- Parker, even though young, has many years of construction experience under his belt. He has been on his Dad's construction sites since he was 7 years old. Whether he was simply holding a shovel, hammering a nail, running a piece of equipment or managing one of the company crews, Parker has always stepped up to the challenge. Parker is, without a doubt , his Dad's right hand man, a vital piece to the company's success and carries the load whenever he's called upon.
